The City outlined a proposed lease of the land under Station Road bridge, above the railway line, and said that the period for commenting was between 30 Nov 2021 and 3 Jan 2022. This had been preceded by a bulk advert published on 20 May 2021. The OCA raised a number of objections to the lease being granted to PRASA in a letter to the manager of sub-council 16 on 26 December 2021.
