REPORT on Pepper tree square car park

from De Vos Rabie

City of Cape Town
I made contact with Deon Franken, the newly appointed official in the Property Holding department, and briefly described our situation and our request to have the over-billing/arrears on our account written off.

He responded promptly and committed to set up a meeting once he collected, and had a look at the required documents and billing system.

Equipment failure
The electric motor that operates the exit boom failed and it had to be replaced at a cost of R9 371. (Thanks to Marc for organizing this while I was away on leave) We thought of repairing the old motor to keep as a spare, but the motor was not repairable.

Regards,
De Vos
