Please find linked the OCA Nomination Form for the AGM, Tuesday, January 23rd at 6PM, 2018 at the Observatory Community Hall (registration will open up at 4:30PM).
We would like to invite you to place your nominations by filling out the form, and, sending a copy to [email protected] before 5PM, Tuesday the 16th of January, 2018.
Please note that nominees are requested to send a short bio (max 2 paragraphs), a motivation, and, a profile photo by the 16th of January. This information will be put on the website on the 19th of January well advance of the AGM for all our members to have the opportunity to make an informed decision, as well as, for those being put forward to have an opportunity to motivate their nomination of their particular portfolio/s.
