In view of the huge unprecedented flooding that occurred in Lower Obs on Monday afternoon, the OCA wrote the following letter to our Ward Councillor Yusuf Mohamed and cc’d it to the Mayor as well as Alderman Matthew Kempthorne and Councillor Alex Landsdowne (Chair of the Mayor’s advisory committee for water quality in wetlands and waterways)
