The OCA submitted additional comment on the BAR as detailed below. The petition initiated by OCA is included, along with anonymised comment from those who signed – more than 10 000 as of 16h45 on the 27th Feb (that’s about 1300 per day, almost one person a second!) Most people signing were from South Africa and two thirds of the South African from Cape Town, indicating how strongly people opposed this development and value the environment and heritage.
