Formal notification of OCA AGM on 7th December

The OCA hereby formally announces that its AGM will be held online via ZOOM at 18.00 on Tuesday 7 December 2021.

We thus invite you to submit your nominations for the people you would like to see being elected to the OCA Mancomm on December 7th, by submitting the nomination form via email to [email protected] by no later than 18.00 on November 30th. Mancomm positions can be found here and here.

Remember that ONLY paid up members may nominate other paid up members to Mancomm – so if you have not taken out/renewed your membership after the 1st of October 2021, then you must please do so prior to November 30th.

A number of amendments to the OCA constitution will also be voted on at the AGM. You can find these proposed amendments here.

Members are reminded that anyone wishing to table a resolution at the AGM must submit the proposed resolution to [email protected] by not later than the 28th of November.
The full agenda including the Chair’s report, Annual Financial Statements, additional proposed resolutions and the list of nominees for election to Mancomm and the Zoom link will be sent out in our newsletter of 2 December and shared on all the local WhatsApp groups.
