An Observatory resident and former OCA chair, Bovain MacNab (2007-2009) recently publicly criticised the OCA and its leadership and joined a call for a takeover of the OCA in order to stop our involvement in the court case against the River Club. We believe that this is part of a wider effort to protect the developer and has little to do with the well-being or future of the OCA or the Observatory community. The most recent previous OCA chairs issued a strong letter of support for the current OCA’s position on the River Club development.
