Dear fellow Obsies,
It was recently brought to my attention that the plans to demolish the existing Hartleyvale stadium and replace it with a 10 000 seater stadium which will also include a shopping precinct are now at an advanced stage.
I think its important to note that there is a long history of objection from our community to increase the size of the Hartleyvale Football stadium, subsequently (and concurrently) an objection to the recent lease of the Malta Park fields to the “Cape Town City” football club…
