This is an intro and exploratory meeting, so we have proposed an agenda as follows:
1. Intro – John McPetrie – Chairman, CRRA (5 mins)
2. Summary of survey results, land use concerns and proposed changes to the by-law: Tracey Davies, CRRA Land Use Committee (15 mins)
3. Brief overview on a volunteer basis from each attendee representative of a Residents association who has submitted a survey (3 mins each please). (To get all the views in the room) (30 – 40 mins)
4. Q&A session on questions/by-laws – Tracey (15 mins)
5. Proposals and next steps – Ant Saunders (15 mins)
The meeting is scheduled to close at 19:00, so we need to keep a tight time order.
Finally, thank you for completing the survey. We would like to share the results with this forum. If you would not like your survey responses to be shared (we did not say we would up front), please either mail me or note it in the cal, and I will remove your responses. If we get a large no on sharing, we will just share the headline responses.
