We will kick off the year with a discussion on Wed 10th at the Observatory Community Centre at 6pm about the Water Crisis in Cape Town and what Civics can do about it. We will also discuss a draft submission on the proposed Drought levy proposed by the City of Cape Town for which comments were invited – with a deadline for 12th Jan. A draft submission drafted by the OCA has been posted on the website and emailed to members
