Upon a time in the land of Observatory , There was a Thrift Fest that occurred every now and then. It was said that once you shop there , no matter where you live , Your local mall prices offend. You won’t leave empty handed , there’s a whole array of things. From Second hand, hand made to good food, coffee and silver rings.
So jot down the date , tell the family and don’t forget to visit Observatory’s own Organic and Sustainable community fete.
We are OBS-FICIALLY taking in applications for the JULY Observatory community Hall Thrift + Alt Fest.
We have 70 stalls available. Some inside, some outside.
Prices are as follows : Regular stall ( 2 m x 1.6m ) Inside – R220
Gazebo stall ( 3m x3m space ) Outside ( Bring your own Gazebo) R280
Anything Second Hand , hand made or new may be sold as long as it is legal.

For Customers : Entrance is R10 ( R5 for kids under 12 years)
There is a play ground for the kids and lots of vendors to shop from .
We boast offering the best deals you can find on the day .
Great tunes to listen to , delicious food on sale and a general great vibe.
PETS ARE MORE THAN WELCOME.

We will also work as Recycling drop off point on the day. So if you have any papers, plastic, tin or glass lying around, bring it along for a free entrance 🙂
