The OCA’s Special General Meeting will be held today at the Observatory Community Centre, Main Hall, at 6PM.
N.B. Please arrive early to ensure that members are registered correctly, so we can start on time.
CHECKLIST TO BE A NEW MEMBER
1. Resident
- Proof of address – must be within in the boundaries laid out in the OCA constitution
- R50 fee
- ID
2. Business
- proof of address of business – must be within in the boundaries laid out in the OCA constitution
- Proof of ownership of business
- R250 fee
- ID
*WE ARE NOT ALLOWING PROXY VOTING FOR THIS MEETING as there is no time to review each case.
One person one vote. (if you own a business AND you are a resident you only get one vote.
If you own more than one property you only get one vote)
