AVReQ is pleased to announce the opening of applications for Master’s and Doctoral Scholarships, funded by the NRF (National Research Foundation), starting in February 2025.
The scholarships are linked to the SARChI Chair in Violent Histories and Transgenerational Trauma, who collaborates with an interdisciplinary team of senior researchers with extensive research and supervision experience. The selected applicants will engage in research topics in areas such as violent histories and their transgenerational impacts, memory and sites of trauma, gender violence and disrupting patriarchy, and cultural responses to historical trauma through the arts.
