2. Brief introductions around the room 10 min
3. Speaker slot by theme 15/20 min each
3.1 Social housing – different types of housing, SA legislation applicable to housing,
and examples of successful initiatives from elsewhere – Adi Kumar (DAG)
3.3 Social housing in CAPE TOWN, what is the current situation, what are the issues?

3.5 Social Housing, spatial justice and Public land assets in Cape Town – Nick

4. Break into smaller groups by topic and answer four questions: (30 min)
4.1. What kind/s of affordable housing do we want to see in our city and suburbs?
4.2 What support and resources are needed for communities to drive this change?
4.3 What can civics do?
