The OCA will be holding a hybrid (both in-person and online via zoom) SGM on Tuesday the 3rd October in order to:
1) Give feedback to members on the decision by the OCA Management Committee to reach a settlement and withdraw from litigation on the River Club development. The Man Comm will explain why we had to follow this route and what it means for our campaign to preserve the Two Rivers Urban Park.
2) Consider the proposals to OCA Constitution for amending the OCA Constitution. These changes are proposed to correct gaps and inconsistencies identified in the OCA Constitution over the past few years. The PROPOSED AMENDMENTS identifies the changes proposed and the reason for the proposal.
Venue: NA Room, Observatory Community Centre, 1st floor OR via Zoom. OCA members will receive the Zoom invite on Sunday night via email.

Only current OCA members will be eligible to vote on the Constitutional amendments.
We hope we will be able to complete the business of the SGM within an hour and a half. If not, we will have to defer unfinished matters to a future meeting.
