This afternoon I’m going to walk my street and report every pot hole in the pavement, every skew lamp post etc.
The City of Cape Town App (& MySmartCity) both allow you to tag locations and upload photos taken on your phone – so it’s super fast. C3 complaints can also be logged online using this link.
My plan is driven by the fact that when the city were in my street for 2 weeks putting in a raised driveway they didn’t fix any of the holes left by various leaks over the years.
