Notice is hereby given of the 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Observatory Improvement District NPC. The AGM will take place on Saturday the 24th November 2018 at 10h30 at the Woolworths Financial Services Auditorium, St Michael’s Road, Observatory, 7925. You’ll find all relevant information and documentation below.
Resolutions presented at the AGM can only be voted on by bona fide members of the OBSID. This membership is available free of charge to all owners of property(ies) within the OBSID footprint, but they must be registered before 10 November 2017

Should you not be able to attend the OBSID AGM, please complete the proxy form HERE and return to the office by 10.30 on Tuesday 23 November. Although we will not be holding an election for the new board, it is very important that we have a quorum to pass the motions required at the AGM.
