We are proud to share the Umbrella Civic 92+’s community manifesto, and call on the broader Ward 92 community (Woodstock, Salt River, Observatory, WE, UE and District 6) to endorse this manifesto to demonstrate support and backing of our demands.
Our manifesto comes from a wish to encourage our future Ward Councillor to work more closely with the community. It reflects the requirements and priorities expressed by the community in a series of engagements, and their expectations from our Ward Councillor. See the FULL manifesto linked in the Google form.

Our aim is to use the ward 92 voter endorsements as leverage to get the ward councillor candidates to agree to our demands ahead of the LGE. We are demanding ACCOUNTABILITY and PARTICIPATION, and are expecting candidates to commit to being a proper community representative and champion the community’s requirements, priorities and accountability mechanisms! We need as many endorsements/ support as possible. ‼️
