Digital survey to establish interest in attendance to Chapel Street Art Workshops

Good day All

You are invited to register their interest to take part in the Chapel Street Public Art Workshop.

The Art Workshops stems from the Chapel Street Upgrade Project in District 6, which includes the upgrade of Chapel Street (New trees, narrowed roadway, bump outs, paving, improved pedestrian safety) . We hope to introduce place making and reference the history of Chapel Street and District 6 through the introduction of public art (murals) as part of the planned street upgrade. Several possible locations for murals have been identified and we are seeking your help in developing the topics for the artworks by hosting a series of story-telling workshops.

Responses to this survey will inform the number and location/s of these workshops.

During these workshops, we will introduce the project, explain the art engagement process which includes an opportunity to contribute towards the topics that will be reflected on the murals or to make a submission as an artist. Please note that workshop participation is voluntary.

WHEN: Sessions are to be held between March and August 2025.
WHERE: Various Locations – Venues to be confirmed by this Survey
